Lost Sky Sports 1

I have just uploading the new download to my starview box 4 but seem to ov lost my sky sports 1 does any one know how i can retrieve this

You need to rescan your channels this will replace them

If you find the FX channel in it's position just delete fx & you will find ssp1.

lost some of my channels need some help. have factory restored and re scanned turned key code on and still not got all my channels back. any help would be much appreciated cheers

Got the same issue here.

Lost Skysports 1 and 3, and some other channels.

Never done anything to the box before but im guessing from what i have read i need the latest firmware?? 2.03 for Starview 5???
