Box Super Starview 3

Does anyone know how to update the software on the box super starview 3? This is the one without the USB port...

Be grateful for any help..

red stickies on top of page will guide you,have you tried a factory reset and auto scan your provider and emu to on.if your area have moved to n3 you will start losing them all.
