Multiple channels on Starview 5

Hi folks. Last week I lost all my channels, so I done a rescan and it picked them all up again. The problem now though is that I have multiple channels of the same chanel, for example I have four BBC One's, four ITV's, three Sky Sports 2 etc. All the channels are blanks except the one that works, is there away to get rid of the dead channels so that I am only left with the 1 working channel?

Any help would be great

if you write down all multiple channel number and names on paper and then go to menu, channel edit, delete and select all channels written down by pressing the left or right vol key in the centre of the remote. once done exit and it will be saved.

It would be a lot quicker & less hassle to do a factory reset (pass 0000) > rescan > press menu 1570 > turn keycode on > press ok on set default > exit 3 times & leave to update on a $ channel job done in 10 mins max.
