go to menu factory settings (0000)
auto scan
when done
menu (1570) turn key code to on
exit out to tv and let the box update.

Just make sure you have the correct firmware for your box and you will be fine, there are numerous posts and tutorials to help you have a read & if you are still unsure come back here, there's loads of people willing to help.
