starview help lost all encrypted channels

starview 2 the box
is that correct is starview 11 the box, can any one advise or hellp i have lost all encrypted channels ? is it over for this box due to nag 3? also can anyone tell me how to flash the firmware i am little green in this area but am quite compitent on computers. the info from my box is:

By the way what area are you in & have you read the area listings for nagra 3 rollout?

i am in the cleethorpes area. thanks for your reply i do know nagra 3 iminent but not sure when. ! do you have any info on flashing the firmware it cant hurt eh?
