i have got the box super and it just keeps reseting on its own. anyone any ideas ? and what kind of cable do i need to put software on to the box as its not usb. completely new to all this stuff

Have you done a factory reset?
The cable you are looking for is called a Null Modem cable.

cheers ! will get a cable and try and flash the box
tried factory reset but no luck,i dont even get time to do a scan as the box fust resets on its own during channel scan
