More Channel Probs!!!

Evening all.
Since last month I have had no ITV 2 or 4, TCM, Brittish Eurosport 1 and a few others, I am in the nottingham area, I have tried factory resetting the box and re-installing the firmware quite a few times and it doesnt seem to help. when I put the channels on, it gives the channel name and whats on at the bottom of the screen but says "No Signal" and there are no pictures or sound. Its a Staveiw 4 Super USB.

Any help or ideas are appreciated. Thanks

have you got a splitter on incoming cable, if so remove it, scan with direct feed, then put splitter back on after.

fingers crossed, hope it works, you may also have a damaged coax off your splitter.
