Starview 5 Blank Channels

I recently bought my starview 5 and all was working fine, but today im not able to view any sky movie channels or music channels and they are just coming up as a black screen, everything else is fine, done a factory reset and rescaned it but still nothing, i live in belvedere, kent just outside london and wondering am i in an affected area?

My channels are fine, Glasgow, did a rescan - I have a Starview 1, though I know people with a 4 & 5 just get a blank screen.

Check the N3 thread your area may be in there

I live in the Gloucestershire area and at present they are all OK
