Hi Zeezigga i just downloaded 1.12 firmware as i was still on 1.07 onS.W.4 went thru menu process and all channels are back have another go or re-downlaod link and start from scratch.Good luck.

nothing on this morning every channel blank..done a rescan.latest firmware.1.12..stoke-on-trent area..not sure if its temporey as i cant see the nagra 3 changeover on the list..anybody else havin same problem..thx

Factory reset, rescan, all channels back again now. Thats about the 5th time in the last week i have had to do this, wont be long now methinks

im in stoke on trent and lost all channels do a factory reset and turn emu on after scan worked for aload of us in stoke on trent.

I'm in Cheshire. Running an original Starview and all my channels gone. Done a reset and rescan and EMU on.
My system info shows:-
