The super usb box lost channels HELP!!!

I live in the ilford (essex) and have a starview box super USB i have lost all premium channels.
Do i need new software if so where can i get it from?
i already have version 1.12.....?
i have done a rescan but no luck and also restored to factory...

a simple search of your area would have told you that now your on N3
