starview 4usb new keys not working

Hi guy,
i have entered the new keys on my starview 4 usb
and im still getting no channels eum is on factory reset tried everything
my starview 5 usb is working fine all channels so it cant be n3?

you need to put on the latest firmware v1.12
a lot of channels will not work unless they have this firmware on the box
