Starview 5 some channels blank

Ive had the starview box since 3 months now i put firmware on it then and its worked fine untill now am recieving most of teh channels but ant recieving some like the espn, asain channels and some other can some one please tell me why this is and how i can resolve this

Sorry to break the bad news to you if your in east london then that area is on N3 no more free channels there no fix

na i dnt live in london i live in derby in the east midlands

Some channels in derby have gone onto N3 the rest remain channel will follow in few days

Ok as n3 is hitting most area's and to check see if yyour one of the unlucky people.
Try resetting to default factory settings.
Turn your unit off.
Plug in your memory stick via the usb.
Turn the unit back on.
Install using recommending guide.
Turn the keycode to ON!!.
if this dont help then unlucky...
