box usb5 sw upgrade

hi there
im looking for helppls
i have the box usb5 which went off 3days ago.rescanned but cannot see some channels even after update been done.i still have sw v1 on it.tried to upgrade via usb stick to latest ver but cannot.i have a message saying :"its not a file on this IRD"
anyone have an idea please please help

what firmware u using 1.12 the best mate

yeah thats the firmware im using but still cant view some channels like sky sport 1 n 2 or movies channels. so what to do?the channel update is fine on skysport4 but when doing it on skysports 1 or 2 its stucks.

not for a sv5 as it the wrong firmware and may brick box,all in stickies above and in downloads,check name on front of unit first.
also remember keycode enable after every factory reset.

its the box usb II ,i think its sv5. and ive enabled keycode but i can see some $channels(skysports4 eurosports...) but some are not viewable(skysport 1 2 3 and movies)..???tried everything but still the same. dont know what to do

what area are you in as nagra3 will make you lose all channels soon.
