lost my ss1 still got 2, 3 & 4 still got all other channels done factory reset rescanned but ss1 still missing any-1 any idea's, i'm in glasgow if its any help

hmm, its returned but now i have 3 channels all with the same number on my box, fiver, fx & ss1 all on 511

i cant delete any as its the only place i have those channels, fx used to be 157 but now i dont have a 157 & fx is on 511 its the same for fiver

You could try a reset and go through the setup process again by reinstalling the firmware etc.IF ITS THE SV5 THE RESET CODE IS 0000

its off here also, going to try the new firmware then re-scan
