Starview help!!!

I have just got 'the box super' and now need to flash it, or so im told. Downloaded GTRomv8.00e and opened it but it wont let me open BIN File, any ideas or am i just an idiot?
Please help!!!

Did you unzip it using winrar or winzip? Are you certain you have the correct file? Double check!

unziped ok but not sure what to do. think i have the right file, any ideas?

Start up the loader and browse using the option on it to the location of the file, if it's the correct file and it's unzipped it should show in the loader when clicked on.

You dont need to open the bin file!!! All you have to do is run the loader, make sure the com port is the right one and allshould be well!!

Got correct com port and click on download but it never gets off 0%
