You don't need 1.12. as 1.07 is ok.
Just do Factory reset first and rescan on ex C&W.
Turn the Key emu back on after the rescan.
(Press menu and then 1570.
Scroll down to emu and turn on.)

Yes we are close to manchester when we key 1570 in it shows " nagravision " at the top ?
We have tried it with no splitters , we get sly sports 4 only use to get them all .

Ok.
Do you know how to load the firmware on the box. You could try 1.12.
As bigfella has said this might solve the problem.

Thanks for that , do you know where the best place to download the bin code / firmware update ? Have tried downloading it befor but windows does not recognise the file type , many thanks .

You don't need to open it on your pc. All you need is a usb stick.
Download v1.12 to your USB stick then put into usb slot on the box.
Go to menu / usb . Highlight the file then press ok
Once you have flashed the new firmware go into the menu and do a factory reset(default).
Rescan the box choosing your local cable provider.(N*L etc) (Choose english-autoscan)
Once the channels have saved, exit out 3 times.
Press menu and then 1570 you will go into another secret menu.
Highlight the default key and press ok.
Then scroll down to the emu (key code)and turn it on.
Exit out and put your box onto a S*y sp1
