Starview 5 problem since new card

Hi everyone just wondering if anyone else has had this problem i have had my starview 5 box for a while now and everything was going great until i started losing channels by the day.

i have tried to rebot the box and reload the software again but nothing has worked

any advice would be appreciated

if you have had new cards, probably means your on nag 3, nothing can be done.

hi get a Cable Splitter and connect you cable box one and your starview 5 and after 5 min scan starview box and think this justwork i loxt mu channels after 9 hours of fighting i try this and it is working 4 me if works for just say thank you

for a couple of months max, depends when they start sending new cards out to wign Vm customers... could only be a matter of weeks. i hope you didn't pay at lot for it
