The Box PVR Twin tuner help

I have The Box PVR twin tuner and harddrive.

Could someone please tell me if this is starview 2-3 or nither?
It has firmware 3.105 dec 08 and has worked until last week but apparently my area is not affected by nag 3 yet but it feel i need the latest software but not sure whch 1 i need.

Any advise will be appreciated.

Starview the box pvr

still no luck getting this machine working. done fac reset and reinstall chans but no joy. emu is on but blank screens.

any advise welcome please

You need to also turn the key code on along with the emu. And menu lock can be disabled by inputting 0000.

The question is why did it go off if you are not in an NGTV/N3 affected area, just because your area is not in the list it does not mean your area has not migrated?

I know im not in the affected area due to me having a eurovox max v upstairs and that went off but came back on after a rescan and its still working with no probs but for how long i dont know.

Also Boomer DK Vet in same area and said the other day all is well apart from the channel shuffle and his are back on.

P.s Could anybody tell me the latest firmware for starview the box pvr as i have dec 08 v3.105.

That is the latest firmware, but it has the added keycode option, hence why it needs to be enabled along with the emu.

Also make sure you have the coax jumper correct between the two tuner inputs.
