Starview 4 Firmware

i have the firmware V1.12 on my Starview 4,is there any way of flashing the original firmware back on to it as its not working correctly and the shop will not except it back unless it has it on it,any help or advice would be appreciated.
also is there somewhere i can get the original firmware from???,

what do you mean, not working correctly. where are you from, could be nag3, search this on here, to be honest, with whats going on, any excuse will be given so you get no refund, who did you buy off?

satandcab are the supplier,only a month old,tune channels in fine but then loose a couple channels saying no signal,but in my other room on my other box every channel ok even if i swap the boxs around still does the same on that one box!!!!,
could it be a bad flash !!!! and how do i go about trying to reflash???
When i press the SIG button on remote it says UNLOCK on right hand pane yet all other channels it says LOCK
Hope that explains the problem

clone cheap box, this is what they sell, if bought via paypal open a dispute, faulty goods. starveiw 4 have not been made for months.

have you done a factory reset and auto scan your provider from direct feed no splitters,and keycode enable.frequency changes are happening a lot,you will have to do regularly to bring lost channels back,as long as your not on n3.
