Box Super USB - lost all signal

    Hi,

A few months ago I cancelled my VM sub, and everything was fine, but today my box super isn't picking up anything? It doesn't detect any sort of signal at all, but I can still get an electric shock from the cable wire . Does this mean I've been disconnected from the street cab?

I don't get that - I just get no signal at all when scanning or on any channels.

I'm on the Wirral nr Liverpool, my D500 has also gone belly up. Is there ever likely to be a fix for Nagra 3, assuming that's the problem?

Im a bit confused here. If the line is dead, then why is there electric current still coming through the line?

I checked the VM site - looks like there is a massive service outage - a complete loss of all services, maybe this is the problem!

not N3 till new cards are sent out. Here's how things go

3.7 live / Channels re-arrange to different freqs (currently happening all over)
                        THEN
New Cards sent out (Currently starting, area by area, no one knows who next)
                        THEN
N1 stream off, N3 Live (usually 3 weeks after new cards arrive)

Basically, IF new cards haven't been received in the area for sub'd boxes, then it's just the frequencies being re-arranged. re-scan.
