Starview lost channels?

Hey, all my channels on my starview have gone, iv tried factory default and re installing usb firware. Still no result. Have VM finally cracked it?

You need to rescan your area is now a part of NGTV

make sure keycode is on after rescan.. do you have a vemin tv subscription? if so, you will get a new card, then you will know the end is nigh!!!

boomer : I did recieve new card other day and just lost my channels im in Heathrow area, so is this the END for all, or there still some hope?.

Re scan provider check.

Make sure after you rescan you check your provider has not been changed! That was my problem and when i put it back to what it was supposed (IT HAD AUTO CHANGED)to be, hey presto all back up and running.

im new to all this forum stuff i have a starview 4 box i live in london middlesex hounslow all my movie channels have gone including some music channels. i have version 1.12 is there a way to get them back ive tried rescaning box and keycode is on

i live in london stratford
and i have the box super 3 the white 1 without usb
and all off a sudden my channels stopped working
i only got 1-5

has anyone got any ideas me and two of my mates all live in the same area the other day all of our starview 4 usb boxes went down no channels at all, so i done a reset, rescan, and turned the keycode on but all my channels came back but my two mates all they got is freeview
we are in the sittingbourne kent area
if we have gone onto nag3 in this area how come i have still got all my channels any they havent

any help on this would be great
