you need to read through the threads relating to nagra 3 on this forum mate ,you could try a factory reset and a rescan for channels or try updating your firmware ,but if its nagra3 there is no fix mate sorry .

there is NO new firmware for any box....
where are you? what box? what f/ware on box already etc...
oh, and btw, is emu/keycode on????
