downloaded latest f/w off satsmo thanks m8 but im confused it says put stick into front usb under flap my box hasnt got one my usb is on the back when i click onto groove rider nothing happens at all i only get fta pls help

M8, I dont think these boxes work in the UK yet.
Dont bother updating the firmware, just return it for a refund.

the place i got it from m8 wont take the box back as they know what we do with them so they have got you by the bo****ks thanks anyway m8 that was a lesson learnt

hi bud, an expesive lesson but starview is about worst choice you could have made even if they weren't going off, next time look to a well supported box like the kryptview
