HIE .MY BOX LOST SOME CHANNELS AND I TRIED FACTORY RESET ,BUT AFTER DELETING THE WORD ENGLISH CAME UP PRESSED THE OKAY BUTTON BUT STILL THERE ..I SWITCHED IT OFF COMPLETELY FOR A FEW MINUTES TURNED IT ON STILL THE ENGLISH WORD STILLTHERE...PLIZ HELP..MY BOX DOES NOT HAVE USB PORT..PLIZ HELLP

mate if u look in the first thread in the cable section there s a list of area who are gonna recieve the new cards and who already have nag3...i m sorry to tell u derbyshire is one of the area s listed has havin nag 3 already ...thats means ur box is knackered...no more free tele
