what do you have, heading says sv5, posst says sv2. but just try factory default, rescan, menu 1570, turn keycode or emu on, also set default key in this menu, exit back to tv.

and where are you.

its starview 5... i have downloaded a firmware the channels are back but the pictures come's after a few minutes & freezes.... so this hasnt worked

What firmware did you download version number would help?

hi i dont know what firmware it is but if i delete it and download another 1 will it work and does any1 know any good firmware that works properly thanks in advance

menu-system info v??? you should have 2.03, also you cannot delete firmware only channel data, reflashing overwrites previous firmware.

put 2.03 on, much better, look at red stickies at top of starview section.
