How to find the type of my box

I am a newbie so please be patient. I have The Box Super, Api version 8.02e_E, Boot version 8.0

1: Could you please tell me what is the Starview equivalent for this?

2:Also could you please tell me the latest software version for this box?

3: Finally is there a step by step instruction for installing this software on the box. OR could you confirm my understanding of the installation process (below) is correct

Step 1: Download the latest software from this site to my computer
Step2: Connect the BOX super to the computer using the cable (I have got null modem cable)
Step three: Double click the downloaded file on the computer

Is this correct?

if you have 8.02 on you box its a starview 3, the same as mine... simple. no new firmware available...
where are you? is you box working? please, give us more info on what your problem is!!
