    SV 5 HELP!!!

    Hi all at Digital Kaos......
    I am a newbie.....
    Please could you help, I have a SV 5 TheBox USB 2
    I am having problems with my channels they are all there althought they are slow loading..... The main problem is that a few channels has sound but no picture,
    Also the Fireware that i am using is 2.05 dated Oct 23 2009.
    I am in the South Wales area and using NTL connection.
    Any adive would be most appretiated.
