SV4 USB, which firmware needed?

My bruva as brought his sv4 round coz he lost some channels, i factory reset, re-scan, 1570keycode on. But its still the same so i downloaded the 1.07 again an tried that but to no avail, so i was gona put 1.12 on it but dont wana brick it coz im not 100% thats wat it needs or wether the box is cloned or not.

Its sly sports, espn n box office that aren't working, everything else seems to be working fine.

All sorted, just braved it n put 1.12 on an its all svvvvveeeeet.

ive just factory reset and rescanned got no picture on sly sports 1 / 2 /3, espn n box office.....put the 1.12 software on took seconds..and has gingebond says everything worked quality...
the box was a starview 4...........
