starview hd keep getting 2 of every channel

hi my starview hd box only holds its channels for about 2 weeks than i have to do a factory reset and put on the groove rider software again to get the channels back but every time i do this all my channels are on there double ie 2 of every channel how can i solve this regards

every time you scan you add channels,there is no need to keep flashing box,if you factory reset it will erase the cable channels,then scan your provider,follow the guide lines for opening up the channels as i am unfamiliar with correct way.
