Starview HD missing two channels

Morning all.
I hope this isn't a completely stupid question but here i go.
I have a Starview HD and it has lost ITV1 and channel 4. That's it though, no other channels.
I have scanned multiple times but they aren't coming back.
They aren't giving me the scrambled channel message they are just no longer there in the listings.
I put it down to th the HD channel of ITV coming (which i can receive) but i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas.
I'm in the Burnley area and i have multiple mates with different boxes who are getting the channels fine.

I'm afraid i missed the vital bit of info out .
It is actually the cable side of the box i am using not the sat.
