a few channels are freezing on my sv5 can you point me in the right direction for me to do a box reset [eg do i need to remove the usb pen drive?]

No leave that in goto menu its in there sorry cant be more precise as i dont have a sv box any longer what firmware are you running?

Ok have you followed the Tut ? it sounds like you need to do a factory reset m8
