Hi, I'm new to this forum, can anyone help I have recently lost most of my channels and don't have a clue what to do!

best thing is go to menue- instalation - factory reset - auto scan it will ask which provider you have select your provider then scan for channels once you have your chanels go to a scambled channel and wait for it to clear,should take a few seconds

I've tried that and managed to get a few channels back but still can't get the majority.

hello i am the same my channels have all gone the pay channels.

i have been told i just need to re install the latest software. but what is this with the new cards coming out?

You need to download & install v1.12 then all should be fine.

If you have received your new card then there is no firmware that will help, v1.12 will get you running until your area goes nag 3

lost mine today and wouldn't come back in normal way doing re-scan.
Try menu 1570 and turn key code on... Mine had turned off for some reason!?
Works fine now and no messing with firmware :-)
