The box won't let me do factory reset.tried password 0000 but it won't let me access. any one help please.

i have the box super usb,and i woke up a few days ago and my channels were gone.i tried the usual reset and search,it finds the channels but i have a $ sign an a blank screen....plz help

Problems with super box

Hi.
At moment, I don't think my sper usb box is very super. Lost several channels. Grumpy malks2010. I have also tried factory reset and rescanning, but channels still missing. What else can be done?

I am in one of the areas in the top list of areas. I am just downloading the V1.12. Will I still be able to use this to fix or will it not work?

After factory reset not only make sure EMU is switched back on,but the provider is the right one,as this to altered on mine.
