Starview 4 The Box Super problems

I've had my box for about a year now and had no problems with it, but lately channels says no signal, and the channels have like 3 BBC1 an lots of repeat channels. I tried doing a factory reset and this fixed it but loads of channels are missing now, think I've got like 4 movie channels.

my system info says:

S/W Version 1.10
Boot Version b-11

does anyone know what firmware I am using and if this needs updating. Also what is NAV3 what everyone seems to be talking about?

posted wrong i think,it is not the box super you have but the starview box super usb with v1.10 on it.
latest is v1.12
