Box Super Starview 4 lost some channels

Hi,

I've just updated the firmware to 1.12, and i've lost a lot of the channels. When i first scanned I got just like 5 sports channels an no SS1 or SS News, and then I re scanned an got them but no ESP N some channels just arent coming through i've got 4 or 5 movie channels too but I used to have them all last week. I'm just gonna have a mess with the cable at the back, I cant see it being tat though or I wouldnt have a picture at all.

did you factory reset box 0000 to delete and auto scanned your provider from wall socket to box,and then dont forget to switch keycode to enable and exit out.
