new starview 5 user in need of some advice please,

hi there hopeing someone can help me please, just got a starview 5, can you please advise where i can download the latest firmware to put on a usb then into the box ??? my virgin area is an ex ntl area, not sure if that makes a difference, also when performing a automatic search it doesnt work on the ntl or tele west option which other one is best to use ?

Here But please use the search next time m8 it will help you to learn things also get the tut and follow it but to be honest i dont know how much use you will get of the box read up on Nagra 3
