starview 4 v1.12 problem

hi all i have got the v1.12 downloaded to usb when i select it from menu it says none irb file and freezes the up date

what am i doing wrong?

First thing you need to do is format the flash drive to fat 32, making sure there is nothing on it, then copy and paste the file from your desktop / laptop to the flash drive, after that turn off your Sv, insert the flash drive then turn on your box, and flash as you where instructed, after it has finished do NOT pull the drive out, turn off the box and then take it out that should work.
