    starview 4 usb gloucester

    was watching the box last night went to bed turned on sky sports news this morning and everything has gone can still get all bbc channels and eurosport 2 and a few random channles any ideas???

    pretty sure we arent n3 yet as have had no new card for my offical v+ box yet so i cant seem to find a reason, im 99% sure my box is a clone by the way

    If you have firmware V1.12 (if not d/l & install) installed you only need to do a factory reset then auto scan > turn keycode on (menu 1570) & wait for update on ssp1.

      sorry mate forgot to mention its 1.07 at the mo as its a clone, can i try and put 1.12 on it even tho it is a clone?

          I would'nt like to be held responsible for bricking your box but on saying that 1.12 has also killed genuine sv4's, it's a risk but in my reckoning it is with all sv users. There is a thread around somewhere about clones. 1 thing I do know is a mate of mine in b-ham has a sv4 and running v1.10, his is a genuine & I don't know if that f/w is clone safe, maybe someone else can advise, here's the link if you want to try.
