Starview 5 no power to machine

    Starview 5 no power to machine

    Fuse in the plug tested OK, box not showing any signs of life, is there anything i do to solve this problem. Will returning it back to my supplier Wizard do any good 6 months old. Cheers

    They exchanged 1 for me, you will need the receipt, the only problem I had was they were moving premises & it took about 3 or 4 weeks! have you got that long, I would give them a call.

      CHEERS for your reply, i am back up and running found the coax that goes into the spitter the inner copper wire had broken, remade jobs a goodun.

        box will still work with no coaxial cable plugged in as menu has nothing to do with cable.
