Starview 5 black screen

updated my box turned it on all i get is a black screen on tv box power is on can any one help

starview box just went off , just reset it .up and running again ...

tried reseting mine didnt work did factory reset like usual now doesnt find anything

before or after you up grade firmware a factory reset/default is needed 0000 to delete,auto scan your provider,then menu1570 keycode enable or key emu to on {depending on model}and exit out to a sly channel.
