Ok just found it, 1st of all you need to install firmware v1.12 then while you are downloading it get the tutorial from the same place (downloads at the top of the page) It' getting a bit cloudy now so I can't see if you are on nag3 yet but it is coming to an area close to you, hope this gives you the advise your looking for!!!!!
