hi,yesterday starview boxes went down , ive got starview 5, and 3. reset the starview 5 no problems, but the starview 3 box super cant get any signal for chans.. as any one else has that problem///in falkirk area

no new software will be out n3 is near, boxes will be useless, my starview 5 is still working for the moment. just my starview 3 box super has died

changed my firmware from 802 to 804 my starview 3 super still no signal.... n3 is near ///falkirk area

no signal=is cable plugged into cable input or is there a breakdown in area,even on n3 you get a signal.
have you done a factory reset and rescan on all providers also as some have changed.

ive done all that ,its only the starview 3 box its toast. got starview 5 box aswell no probs with that.no faults in the area.. n3 i think, falkirk is next, but ive not got new smart card for vm

if your sv5 works it cant be n3 can it? have you tried using just the sv3 without sv5 in the loop? have you got a gen subbed box as well? if not you wont get a new card!!!

if he has factory reset he could try reflashing again and see if it picks up channels in a scan,also note sometimes people plug coaxial into ant in when it should be cable input,if you dont get channels found maybe tuner problem.

ive tryed everything, plugs ,etc are in where they should be,recan still nothin. it could be a tuner problem?. ive got a gen subbed box..

hi i got a starview and a dbox and on my starview im getting no signal at all my dbox is working fine ??
i cant do nothing with this box as i say its showing no signal
im in st helens merseyside
