Starview 4 UBS help please

I have an issue with my new SV4. For the record I have version 1.02 s/w and scanned using direct feed etc. Box on end of 5m coax. signal is at 55-57, quality 99. Issue is the pic/sound drops out for a split second, every few minutes. This is particularly annoying as you can appreciate. I have tightened all cables and replaced splitter/cables/plugs etc. It even does it from the direct feed. Any ideas would be most appreciated. Ta.

can u try it from direct feed to see if that cures it or not,process of elimination? ah i see it does not then probably out side glitch with signal/cable
