NO CHANNELS

I was watching tv and i went on the EPG guide and then suddenly the channels disappeared and the screen went blank, i have a starview 5 usb II... i have done all the stuff to try and fix it like factory reset and scanning etc. but it doesn't seem to work can someone please help me?? thanks

no channels

hi i have been also losing chanels over the last few days ! so i reset to factory settings i have rescanned the box etc now i dont pick up any channels at all not even 12345. when i exit the set up i cant get beyond the language selection screen,

also when i try and load up the firmware
"it says not the file for this ird"

i have the box usb 2 and am using theboxsuperUSB v1.12.bin
is n3 in essex area yet?

do you not read the tuts how to flash your box as you are using sv4 firmware on a sv5 as all firmwares are made for that model only they are not swappable ,identify correct firmware for your model by clicking on the home link above then click on starview
you cannot leave installation page unless you load channel with a scan.

I have The Box Super USB I lost all channels except 1-5 and a few others CBBC, Parliament and CBEEBies. I uploaded v1.12 and this fixed it - returned all channels. Now can stop fretting about missing the Manchester derby on Saturday lunchtime. Thanxx

I lost all channs on box provider v I deleted all channs and re installed all ok now think frequencies changed

Well with every body saying theve lost channels lets VM know that theve removed some if not all "naughty" boxes as it also removed mine. They seem to have sent some form of software to the Starview boxes which in my case will allow you to change the keys manually but as soon as you switch from "00 to 01" the keys alter on the first line so stopping the entering of the keys?
Plymouth area,I also have more than one BBC region showing and some software sent to the Pace and Samsung boxes they use?
