i ave 1 of these boxes and the person i bought it of said nothing will go wrong with it and suddenly i gt no signal on both sand and cable .I would like to know how to reflash it, a bulletproof guide.i also i was reading on a another forum that some 1 else controls your box from a serever is that true.
ANY ADVICE WOULD BE HELPFULL,

Have you tried doing a service scan on the cable side of the box
Is your box connected to a cable feed or a satellite dish or both.
