Lost channels

I have lost racing uk on star view 4. I pressed (menu 1570)and it put up page saying provider id, next line is key number, followed by key data. What do i do. The caption at the top of the screen says nagravision. Is this the beginning of the end, some advice on what to do would be appreciated. Thanks

I looked up the list no sign of Belfast or north of ireland we must be twinned with somewhere? Thanks old chap back on screen. I'd be interested to know why that happens.
