channels missing also not sure about firmware

hi i am hoping someone can point me in the right direction i have the superbox and i have tried to read all the threads on missing channels

done all the normal stuff still cannot get certain ones back so went into system in case i need new firmware

not that i have a clue how to do firmware or what it should show on memory stick

i got the following if it helps

model c500

sw version 1-06 beta

boost version b-11

what do i need to do now if anything

where are yooooou, as new software may not work

you need to load 1.12, in red stickies at top of starview section

I've been having the same problems with Starview 4 The Box, newbie on here and not much of a clue about what to do - tried some of the tips but not working so I'm thinking I need new firmware....still trying to read through posts for more help..
