Starview 5 USB 2 Problem

Problem with my Starview 5 box. It was hanged few days ago and I restarted it. Now it goes directly to the menu not showing any channels. It tried to rescan the channels but it say no new channels found. When i starts it sometimes comes up 8882 and then b-01 on the screen. Can anyone tell me please what to do and how to solve this problem?

ive got the sv 5 ,i have got new vm card for vm box,chans going down bit by bit ,tryed recan but just got half the chans,not long b4 i half none.on the latest firmware,but that wont matter,cus n3 is weeks away,falkirk area

got the chans back,after 20 or more scans from lastnite,for the sv5, vm must be testing chans,so it can work n3, b4 the switch over.just weeks away ,falkirk area..

I m in Northmaptonshire. I have already tried to copy the bin file again from USB into the Box. It copied fine and then tried all the procedure and it said no new channel. I dont know why i didnt get to the channel list. It goes directly to the menu when i start the box. It should go to the channel list.

you dont need to copy binfile again.just do it once.read the above post....n3 ..your box will be useless
