Lost sports channels

Hi Peeps,
since thursday morning i have lost most sports channels sky sports 1,2,3 espn , lfc tv

I have a starview 4 i am using firmware 1.07 boot version 6-11
i have done several factory reset's /scans which have made know difference. i downloaded v1.12 stuck it on a usb and restarted th box and got a screen saying it was downloading and a progress bar which after an hour had not moved. I am in the liverpool area and want to try and resolve this before the match on Monday.

Any ideas ?????

The scanning does sometimes freeze, and despite the warnings I have had to turn my box off at the wall and restart. A gamble but then at this stage you have nothing to lose.
Fortunately everytime I have done this all has been well.

If you have lost the sports channels, there is no guarantee that rescanning will get them back after the scan.

v1.12 is needed only for original boxes but with nagra3 here all boxes are going down,your choice if you have a clone box as it will bring down that box and so will n3 .

i dont think i have a clone box so am i best trying to keep on installing V1.12

you only need to load it once.

just an update on my situation
managed to install V1.12 and everything is now back
i think the reason it did not work first 0time was the memoryhad not been formatted using fat 32
