Starview 4 Super USB Down

Hi all
Newbie #1,000,001 here
Noticed i had lost some channels on my box the other day, like a fool i thought i could get them back,after some googling, by doing the whole "update firmware to 1.12,factory reset,auto scan, 1570,Key on" malarkey

nothing doing, no signal, no channels found,auto or manual,no matter which provider i try..
I'm based in Essex, which is on the list of new card send outs...
I figure that's it, it's over and now i've got a black brick under my telly, am i right?

have you put the coaxial into wrong socket? cable input is where it goes,maybe there was a breakdown in service,you should find channels after you reset the box.

Lokossian you are not alone I too have the same issues, all channels gone can view only the FTA channels all others are gone did all the things but still no channels. Looks like the box is a brick unless they some with a new firmware....

desparately looking for the new software for sv4 , i cant watch the paid channels , need them today , PLS help , i cant download them here due to limitations.

even if you apply new software to the box you may not be able to get your channels back due to n3.

i am in feltham middlesex , i am with vi===rg , SV4 now is useless since i can only watch free view ,,,, wats this HD combo box will it work if i buy one and use with vi---gn jus like i did with SV4 or the so called Nagra3 will still bloke it ,,,, or if you know of any box that can break this with another service provider.
